Novum BioScience KLOW Blend 80mg

KLOW is an advanced multi-peptide formulation that builds upon the original Glow stack by adding KPV for enhanced anti-inflammatory effects. This 80mg blend combines four synergistic peptides in a precise 5:1:1:1 ratio: GHK-Cu (50mg), BPC-157 (10mg), TB-500 (10mg), and KPV (10mg).

The formulation works through complementary mechanisms: GHK-Cu stimulates collagen synthesis and tissue remodeling; BPC-157 accelerates muscle, tendon, and ligament healing by stimulating fibroblast activity and angiogenesis; TB-500 promotes cellular migration and systemic regeneration; and KPV provides targeted inflammation control and gastrointestinal protection. Together, these compounds create a comprehensive recovery environment that addresses tissue repair, inflammation, scar reduction, and skin health simultaneously.

Research suggests KLOW offers benefits including accelerated tissue repair, reduced inflammation and fibrosis, improved skin elasticity and hydration, enhanced mitochondrial function, and protection against oxidative stress. This makes it particularly valuable for those recovering from injuries, managing inflammatory conditions, or seeking comprehensive anti-aging and skin rejuvenation effects beyond what single peptides can provide.

  • Common side effects of the KLOW Blend 80mg include mild injection-site reactions (redness, irritation, soreness) and a 30–60 second sting caused by the copper-peptide complex (GHK-Cu).  Users may also experience transient fatigue (typically 12–24 hours post-dose), slight drowsinessmild headaches, and light-headedness due to vasodilatory effects.

Other reported effects include nausea (most common in the first 2–3 injections), transient flushing or warmth (attributed to KPV), and joint discomfort during the tissue remodeling phase.  Rarely, users report allergic responses such as rashes or severe injection-site reactions like welts and spreading redness, which may indicate sensitivity to specific components or product quality issues.

    Important Safety Notes:

    • No Human Trials: There are no clinical trials testing the safety of this specific four-peptide combination in humans; most data is preclinical or anecdotal.

    • Regulatory Status: The blend is not FDA-approved for therapeutic use, and long-term safety remains unknown.

    • Athletes: Contains BPC-157 and TB-500, which are WADA-prohibited; use is banned in competitive sports.

The KLOW 80mg peptide blend typically contains 50 mg GHK-Cu10 mg BPC-15710 mg TB-500, and 10 mg KPV. Dosing protocols generally recommend starting with a 2 mg daily dose (5 units on a U-100 syringe if reconstituted to 40 mg/mL) for the first 1–2 weeks, escalating to a 4 mg daily dose (10 units) for maintenance, typically administered subcutaneously once daily

Common community protocols involve 8–12 weeks of active use followed by a 4–8 week break or a reduction to 2–3 times weekly maintenance.  Reconstitution is usually performed with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water (yielding 40 mg/mL) or 3 mL (yielding ~26.7 mg/mL), with the reconstituted solution stored in a refrigerator and used within 28 days
